Joomla 3.9.22 Release

Joomla 3.9.22 is now available. Joomla 3.9.22 is a security release for the 3.x series of Joomla which addresses which contains over 25 bug fixes and improvements. We immediately upgraded all websites from 3.9.21 to 3.9.22 to avoid any complications.
